JSOL is a Solana Stake Pool token issued by JPool. It represents the holder's share of the total staked funds in the pool. When users delegate their SOL to a Stake Pool, they get JSOL tokens in return. These tokens are their proof of a share ownership in the stake pool, and they can be traded back for SOL at the end of any epoch.
