Landshare is a real estate investment platform on the BNB Chain offering legally compliant fractional investment through tokenization. Each tokenized real estate share represents partial ownership of an asset, entitling holders to rental yields and cash flows generated by the property. With Landshare, holderss can become landlords with an procedure. Simply complete the compliance process (KYC/AML checks and Purchase Agreements) and purchase real estate shares using BUSD and Landshare Tokens. The Landshare Token ($LAND) is the utility token of the platform and is used as a payment method for real estate investments. Additional utilities include staking, governance, and fees for Landshare's Tokenized Asset DeFi features.
