A rebase token is a cryptocurrency that controls its price by adjusting its circulating supply algorithmically. A rebase mechanism is utilized to increase or decrease the token supply, and so the term rebase tokens is born. The increase or decrease in supply is distributed proportionally among token holders. The rebasing mechanism periodically adjusts the token circulating supply.
RANBASED ($RANB) is a rebase token on Arbitrum whose price is adjusted algorithmically according to its circulating supply. RANBASED introduced a random component; for a rebase to occur, the pair's reference pair price must change by a certain percentage, determined by a random number generated by the Quantum Random Number Generator.
