Rayls is an EVM-compatible blockchain system designed specifically for banks and financial institutions, combining a permissionless Rayls Public Chain with privacy-preserving Rayls Privacy Nodes and Private Networks so that tokenised assets, stablecoins and CBDCs can move seamlessly between private institutional rails and public DeFi.
