TOR is an algorithm stable coin project on Fantom.HectorDAO is the decentralized reserve currency protocol, which is called DeFi 2.0, available on the Fantom Network based on the $HEC and $TOR token. Each $HEC token is backed by a basket of assets (e.g., DAI, HEC-DAI LP Tokens etc) in the HectorDAO treasury.
