1 Million $OP Transferred from Hacker to Vitalik Buterin Has Been Returned to Optimism

According to Optimism on-chain data, 1 million $OP transferred from the Optimism event hacker's address to Vitalik Buterin yesterday have been transferred back to Optimism. 19 million of the 20 million $OPs stolen by the hacker have been returned to the Optimism project so far, with the exception of 1 million that were sold.
