3AC Co-founder Zhu Su Obtains Restraining Order Against Arthur Hayes in Singapore

Zhu Su, co-founder of Three Arrows Capital (3AC), has obtained a restraining order against BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes from a Singapore court, CoinDesk reports.

The order, which is dated May 5th, prohibits Hayes from using "threatening, abusive or insulting words" and "making any threatening, abusive or insulting communication" with Zhu Su, and prohibits him from publishing any identity information.

Previously, Hayes had been tweeting at Zhu Su and Kyle Davies, requesting them to pay $6 million he was owed due to the collapse of 3AC.
