Aave V2 to V3 Migration Tool Now Live

Aave launches a tool for migrating positions from V2 to V3, currently supporting Ethereum, Polygon, and Avalanche. 

If users have open positions, the migration tool will inform them of their new Health Factor on both V2 and V3. Aave reminds users of this new Health Factor to mitigate liquidation risk and recommends no more than five assets in a single migration transaction.
