Acala Paused Operation Due to Exploit, with $aUSD Seriously Depegged
Acala tweeted that it has noticed a configuration issue of the Honzon protocol which affects $aUSD. An urgent vote is being passed to pause operations on Acala, while the team investigate and mitigate the issue. ChaosDAO member 0xTaysama said that it seemed Acala was hacked due to a bug in the iBTC/AUSD pool. According to TokenInsight data, $aUSD is trading at $0.5031, being seriously depegged.
