Acala Releases Full Trace Report of $aUSD Error Mints Incident

Acala released a full trace report of all addresses involved in the $aUSD error mints incident. There are currently 52 million outstanding $aUSD error mints, and the incident involved 281 addresses, with 42.48 million traceable $aUSD error mints remaining on these addresses. 8,764,000 of the remaining $aUSD error mints were outflows out to other parachains such as Moonbeam, Astar, and Interlay, with the rest located in DEX module addresses. Previously, the iBTC/aUSD liquidity pool was misconfigured on August 14th, resulting in $aUSD error mints. In this incident, Acala minted a total of 3.022 billion of $aUSD in error.
