Acala Resumes Full Operations

Acala announced that the community referendum for stage 3 of resuming Acala operations has been executed. The community referendum, which passed on October 4th, includes resuming oracles, liquidations, CDP borrowing, etc. By now, all functionalities on Acala are live.
