Arco Protocol's website and Discord channel are both currently offline.

Arco Protocol, which offers lending and staking services, originally intended to raise funds in the form of IDO on Oct. 29. However, Arco Protocol said that over 300 people depositing to the IDO at the same time caused network congestion and unforeseen token claiming issues.

Arco Protocol then posted a poll on Twitter asking the community if the funds received should be returned, retained or the project itself should be handed over to the community to manage. To date, 48.3% of users have requested a refund.
