ARK Invest Files Application for Physical Bitcoin ETF

ARK Invest has filed a changed application with the SEC for a physical bitcoin ETF. The ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF provides exposure to the price of bitcoin in the spot market, but no physical bitcoin ETF has yet been approved by the SEC. Previously, ARK Invest's first application for a spot bitcoin ETF was denied by the SEC.
