ATOM 2.0 Proposal Rejected

The Cosmos Hub forum shows that the ATOM 2.0 proposal was rejected. The proposal involved a new version of Cosmos' whitepaper released in September, including allowing other chains to use the Hub to secure their own networks and reducing exponential issuance to a constant amount of $ATOM issued monthly after a 36 month transition period.
