AzukiDAO's Proposal to Hire a Lawyer to Reclaim 20,000 $ETH from Zagabond Passed

According to the Snapshot page, AzukiDAO has initiated a proposal to "Hire a Lawyer and help the community reclaim the 20,000ETH from Zagabond." 

The specific details include Azuki Dao hiring a lawyer and filing a lawsuit against Zagabond for rugging multiple projects, seeking to recover 20,000 ETH as a refund from the team. The recovered funds will be allocated to the DAO to promote the development of the entire Azuki community and provide rewards and incentives for artists, content creators, and builders. Azuki Dao will provide financial support to the Dao and organize a research team for the lawsuit.

Currently, the proposal voting has ended with a support rate of over 88%.

However, it should be noted that this DAO currently has only 72 members. While AzukiDAO claims to be made up of “OG Azuki holders,” some have questioned the origins of the DAO and its relationship to members of the Azuki project.

In a July 3 Twitter thread, pseudonymous commentator Tytan.ETH informed his 19,000 followers that most Azuki holders had never heard of the AzukiDAO and assumed it was “either fake or a group with malicious intent.”
