Beverage Manufacturer Monster Energy Files NFT and Metaverse Trademark Applications

TokenInsight news, Beverage manufacturer Monster Energy has filed a total of four trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including the NFT and Metaverse trademarks. The first trademark application includes downloadable virtual goods, including but not limited to beverages, food, supplements, sports, games, music and apparel. The second application includes retail stores and online retail store services certified by the NFTs, as well as "online marketplaces for buyers and sellers of virtual goods". Similarly, the third application covers entertainment services related to such virtual apparel. Finally, the fourth application includes the provision of an online software to facilitate the transfer of digital assets between users, powered by blockchain technology.
