Binance Closes Several Accounts Tied to Relatives of Kremlin Officials

Binance has closed several accounts tied to relatives of senior Russian Kremlin officials. Binance said accounts belonging to Polina Kovaleva, stepdaughter of the Russian Foreign Minister, and Elizaveta Peskova, daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman, have been blocked for the past two months. Binance global head of sanctions Chagri Poyraz said that checks are continuing to find more people who may be using its services in relation to sanctioned individuals.
