Rooter, the founder of Solana-based lending protocol Solend, said that Binance helped Solend get in touch with the whale whose address starts with 3oSE, CoinDesk reports. Binance delivered a message to the whale's account on Rooter's behalf. Then the whale emailed Rooter, saying, "I'm sorry that this issue has caused concern in the Solana community and with the Solana team. There's no hard feelings about the recent governance proposal."
