Binance Labs Makes Strategic Investment in Aptos Labs

Binance Labs announced a strategic investment in public chain project Aptos Labs. Aptos is a scalable Layer1 blockchain and has formally launched its devnet, which will allow developers to experiment and build on the Aptos blockchain ahead of a public release, which the team hopes will happen sometime in Q3. Previously, Aptos has closed a $200 million strategic funding round led by a16z with participation from Tiger Global, Katie Haun, Multicoin Capital, Three Arrows Capital, FTX Ventures and Coinbase Ventures.
