Binance Receives MVP License from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority

Binance announced that it has received the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) license from Dubai's Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA), and is allowed to offer a range of virtual asset-related services to suitably qualified retail and institutional investors in Dubai within the legislative framework, including virtual asset exchange, custody and management services, as well as virtual token offering and trading services. Previously, Binance was issued a provisional license by VARA in March.
