Binance Will Not Offer Russian Citizens Crypto Assets Over 10,000 EUR

Binance has announced that it will not provide services to Russian citizens for crypto assets over 10,000 EUR. This includes for Russian nationals or natural persons residing in Russia or legal entities established in Russia. Those who hold futures/derivatives positions and have a crypto account balance of more than 10,000 EUR will be given 90 days to close their positions. No new positions will be allowed to be added.
