BitKeep Says Hack Extremely Bad, Urges Users to Seek Official Help from BNB Chain

Web3 multi-chain wallet BitKeep released an announcement in the telegram group, saying that the cause of this large-scale hacking attack has been identified as an extremely bad mass theft incident. Some APK package downloads have been hijacked by hackers. If users' funds are stolen, the application they download or update is an unofficial release version.

Now the hackers have transferred most of the funds to the wallet address on BNB Chain. BitKeep hopes that users can seek official help from Yi He, CZ and BNB Chain on Twitter and social media platforms to freeze the hacker's addresses and the stolen funds as soon as possible.

As for this attack, BitKeep said that if the asset loss is caused by the platform, the BitKeep Security Fund will pay out the full amount.
