Bitwise Asset Management launched the first ever ad for a Bitcoin exchange-traded product. "You know what's interesting these days, Bitcoin" reads Jonathan Goldsmith, the actors best known as the "Most Interesting Man in the World" from Dos Equis beer advertising campaigns.
Bitwise said its campaign is set to appear across TV, social, and digital channels, including major business news networks like CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business Network.
Bitwise is one of the many firms awaiting approval from the U.S. SEC for launching a spot Bitcoin ETF. Bitwise has been offering crypto ETF products for several years, including Bitwise Bitcoin and Ether Equal Weight Strategy ETF (BTOP) and the Bitwise Bitcoin Strategy Optimum Roll ETF (BITC), both of which are futures-based products.
