Blockchain Game Studio Aether Game Closes $4.5 Million Funding Round with Mystenlabs Involved

Blockchain game studio Aether Game closed a $4.5 million token and equity round with participation from Mystenlabs, Polygon, Magic Eden, Polkastarter, Cogitent, Ultra, GSR, EMURGO, Master Ventures, and Eclipse. The funds raised will be used for the development of its "Cards of Ethernity" and "Gates of Ethernity" games. 

Cards of Ethernity is a multi-chain game launched on the Sui and Polygon blockchains. Gates of Ethernity is a strategic auto-combat game set to launch in late 2023. 

Previously, Sui development company Mysten Labs announced on May 6th that 11 gaming partners, including Aether Games, will launch games on the Sui blockchain starting on May 15th.
