Blockchain Security Company CertiK Closed $60 Million Funding Round Led by SoftBank Vision Fund II

Blockchain security company CertiK has closed a $60 million round of funding led by SoftBank Vision Fund II, with participation from Tiger Global. The company is reported to have raised $290 million in nine months. Earlier this month, CertiK closed an $88 million Series B3 round at a $2 billion valuation led by Insight Partners, Tiger Global and Advent International. In December 2021, the company closed an $80 million round led by Sequoia Capital.
