Bolt Financial to Acquire Wyre Payments for About $1.5 Billion

Financial payments company Bolt Financial is acquiring crypto services startup Wyre Payments for about $1.5 billion. According to Dealogic data, this would make it the largest merger deal in the crypto space that does not involve a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
