Celestia's Genesis Airdrop Concludes, Only 33% of Eligible Addresses Claimed

Modular blockchain network Celestia announced the Genesis airdrop of its token $TIA has concluded and 191,391 addresses claimed the airdrop. The Celestia mainnet is expected to be live in the coming weeks, when the airdrop participants will directly receive $TIA tokens in their wallets.

According to a previous announcement, Celestia would distribute 60 million $TIA, which was 6% of the total supply, to 7,579 developers and 576,653 on-chain addresses via the Genesis airdrop. It means that only around 33% of the eligible addresses claimed the airdrop. Celestia said the unclaimed tokens would be allocated to developers and accounts who would have submitted addresses. Users can check out the finalized airdrop balance at http://genesis.celestia.org soon.
