Chorus One to Shut Down Terra Infrastructure and Won't Be Participating in the New Chain

Chorus One tweeted that it is shutting down its Terra infrastructure and will not participate in the new chain for now. It also said that users can consider revoking their $LUNA delegation or re-delegating their tokens to another verifier.
