Circle Agrees to Acquire Crypto Infrastructure Company CYBAVO

$USDC issuer Circle announced that it has signed agreements to acquire CYBAVO, a crypto infrastructure company. Once the deal closes, Circle plans to integrate CYBAVO’s non-custodial digital asset customer solution with Circle products and expand enterprise and developer services.
