According to CoinDesk, a class action lawsuit has been filed against Coinbase in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, accusing Coinbase failing to properly secure customers' accounts, leaving them vulnerable to theft and hacks, and seeking damages exceeding $5 million.
