Coinbase Says Some Russian Users' Accounts May Be Blocked

Coinbase says that some Russian users' accounts may be blocked. Some Coinbase users from Russia have received letters informing them that their accounts will be blocked on May 31. Coinbase is advising these customers to withdraw their funds unless they provide documents showing that they are not subject to EU sanctions.
