CoinFund Raises $158 Million for New Early-Stage Crypto Startup Investment Fund

CoinFund Raises $158 Million for New Early-Stage Crypto Startup Investment Fund

CoinFund has raised $158 million for its new fund to back early-stage crypto startups, Bloomberg reported. The funding is 26% higher than the $125 million CoinFund had intended to raise, as the fourth seed fund received more interest than originally expected, said CoinFund CEO Jake Brukhman.

CoinFund intends to focus on startups at the intersection of cryptocurrency and AI and will also continue to make token investments, according to the report.
