Community Referendum for Stage 2 of Resuming Acala's Operations Up for Vote

A community referendum for Stage 2 of resuming Acala's operations is up for vote. If it passes, most services (DEX, CDP repayment/close/withdraw, transfers, xcm, EVM+, etc.) on Acala will be resumed from block #1960470, roughly 2022-09-29 02:27 (+UTC). Oracles, liquidations, and CDP borrowing will not be enabled until Stage 3.

Previously, Acala announced that it planned to start the Acala network in stages, with Stage 1 enabling LPs to withdraw liquidity from pools, Stage 2 enabling remaining operations except for oracles, and Stage 3 enabling oracles. Acala's Stage 1 vote to resume operations got passed and its LPs can withdraw liquidity from pools.
