ConsenSys to Launch Decentralized Customer Service Platform VillageDAO in Partnership with LivePerson

Blockchain infrastructure company ConsenSys and AI-backed customer service platform LivePerson announced plans to launch VillageDAO, a decentralized customer service platform which aims to build a solution to a lack of customer care in Web3. VillageDAO will offer rewards to incentivize community members to provide customer service. The first product VillageDAO will focus on is ConsenSys' Ethereum wallet MetaMask.
