Court Allows BlockFi to Redact 50 Largest Creditors List Information on an Interim Basis BlockFi announced its First Day Chapter 11 Hearing, stating that the Court agreed to, on an interim basis, allow it to redact the names, addresses and contact information of individuals and clients from the list of its fifty largest creditors, which it will submit to the Court.

BlockFi said that client privacy is a focus during its cases, and it intend to continue to take action towards protecting client information. In addition, BlockFi plans to request approval from the Court to restore withdrawal activities for BlockFi Wallet accounts. The next hearing is currently scheduled for January 9th, 2023 at 10:00 EST.
