Crypto App Ottr Finance Raises $3.1 Million Pre-Seed Funding with Circle Ventures Involved

Solana-based crypto app Ottr Finance closed on a $3.1 million pre-seed funding round led by Race Capital with participation from Circle Ventures, Slow Ventures, and Kamal Ravikant. The funds raised will be used to expand its operations to more countries.

Ottr is a self-custody crypto application that supports users to send USDC instantly and for free without going through the complicated steps of setting up their self-custody wallet and storing seed phrases. In November, Ottr will release limited Ottr NFTs.
