Crypto Exchange Kraken Under US SEC Investigation

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating whether crypto exchange Kraken offered unregistered securities to US customers, Bloomberg reports. According to a person with knowledge of the matter, the probe is at an advanced stage and could lead to a settlement in coming days.
