Crypto payment processing company Paper announced that it raised $7.3m in seed round co-led by Electric Capital and Initialized Capital, with participation from the likes of Polygon and FalconX. The fund raised will used for hiring, expanding the wallet’s infrastructure and security, and making the product usable across more blockchains.
Paper aims to provide easier access to non-crypto users to enter the NFT marketplaces. It allows users to create wallets through their email addresses and purchase NFTs with credit cards or crypto wallets across the Polygon, Ethereum, Solana and Avalanche blockchains.
