Crypto Trading Platform Voyager Digital Raised $60M in Funding Led by Alameda Research

Crypto trading platform Voyager Digital announced that it raised $60m in a private placement offering led by Alameda Research, with participation from Galaxy Digital, Blockdaemon and Digital Currency Group. Voyager Digital said that the company will have liquidity of more than $225m, about $175m in cash and another $50m in crypto, when the offering is fully completed.
