Curve Community Launches Proposal to Deploy a FRAXBP Pool and Whitelist Frax for veCRV Staking

The Curve community initiates a proposal to deploy a FRAX-USDC pool named FRAXBP to Curve and vote for the criteria + base pool candidacy. If and only if this gauge vote passes, then propose a vote to make FRAXBP a base pool & initiate a vote to whitelist Frax Protocol to stake veCRV, locking the majority of CRV emissions earned from FRAXBP into veCRV (and cvxCRV) in perpetuity.
