CZ: Binance to Start to Do Proof-of-Reserves

Binance CEO CZ tweeted that all crypto exchanges should do merkle-tree proof-of-reserves. Banks run on fractional reserves. Crypto exchanges should not. Binance will start to do proof-of-reserves soon, keeping full transparency.
