Dropp Group Acquires Metaverse Platform Flyy for $25 Million

Web3 software developer Dropp Group has acquired metaverse platform Phly, Inc. (Flyy). The acquisition aims to offer experiential real estate from every major city in the world within the metaverse. The company is looking to bridge digital and real-world locations, enabling consumers, communities and brands to interact in phygital environments. DroppLabs, the investment arm of Dropp Group will use the $25 million to deploy Flyy technology, enabling it to create MetaReaity.
