El Salvador's Finance Minister Alejandro Zelaya said Tuesday that he postponed a Bitcoin bond issue planned for last week because the government decided to wait for favorable conditions in financial markets. In an interview with a local television channel, he said the ideal date for the listing would be the first half of this year.
