Elon Musk Accuses Twitter of Fraud in Countersuit

Elon Musk's countersuit document against Twitter has been released, in which Elon Musk accuses Twitter of fraud in the $44 billion buyout deal. The document claims that Twitter misled Musk's team about the true value of the platform. His attorneys argue that while Twitter touts having 238 million monetizable daily active users, the proportion that actually see ads is 65 million lower. Further, they argue that the majority of ads are shown only to fewer than 16 million users.
