Ethereum Core Devs to Discuss Shanghai Upgrade on Next AllCoreDevs Call on October 27th

Ethereum core developer Tim Beiko published a new AllCoreDevs update, announcing that the AllCoreDevs call will be resumed on October 27th, at which the developers will discuss the Shanghai/Capella upgrade. Tim Beiko said that on the consensus layer, Capella is expected to include Beacon Chain withdrawals, and potentially EIP-4844. On the execution layer, Shanghai already has several EIPs under consideration.
