Etherscan has added security additions for token transfers. 1. Warning added in address page for transfer of tokens with poor reputation. 2. Warning added in transaction page for transactions involving poor rep tokens. 3. A gentler reminder added in transaction page for certain transactions involving tokens without updated information.
