Evmos to Update to v8.0.0 with Support for Block Proposers and Contract Deployers Sharing of Transaction Fees

Cosmos ecosystem EVM hub Evmos will upgrade to v8.0.0 in 6 days and implement the feesplit module and the DApp Store. The feesplit module enables $EVMOS to support splitting transaction fees between block proposers and contract deployers. Its based on EIP-1559 but redistributes the fees instead of burning. This offers a new source of income for smart contract deployers. DApp Store includes all registered contracts. When users interact with these contracts, contract deployers and validators will receive a 50/50 split of transaction fees, which can be tuned by governance.
