FTX Acquires Canada-based Crypto Exchange Bitvo

FTX announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Bitvo, a Canada-based crypto exchange. The valuation of the acquisition is undisclosed. FTX plans to officially launch its business in Canada through this acquisition, which is expected to close in the third quarter this year pending regulatory approval.
