FTX 2.0 Coalition tweeted on July 11 at 16:33 UTC that the FTX claims portal, which supports users on FTX, FTX US, Blockfolio, FTX EU, FTX Japan, and Liquid platforms to access account information, obtain historical information, and submit an electronic proof of claim, was online. Customer account balances are calculated approximately as of November 11, 2022.

However, after about an hour of the FTX claims portal running, some users tweeted that it was no longer open. The portal is still showing as unavailable.

FTX officials tweeted that when the portal is active will be publicly announced via the official company channels, and warned users to be aware of phishing attempt links from other channels. In addition, the Customer Bar Date for customers to file a claim has been set for September 29, 2023, at 16:00 ET. There is no priority given based on the timing of filing claims, and claims must simply be filed by the deadline.
