FTX Debtors Ask Politicians Who Received SBF Donations to Return Money

The FTX debtors said it is sending "confidential letters" to politicians, SBF, his deputies and other political beneficiaries of the company, asking them to return the money by the end of the month. To the extent such payments are not returned voluntarily, the FTX Debtors reserve the right to commence actions before the Bankruptcy Court to require the return of such payments, with interest accruing from the date any action is commenced.

SBF is known to shower politicians with tens of millions of dollars in campaign contributions before FTX imploded last November. According to debtors' estimates, FTX gave as much as $93 million to D.C. lawmakers and various political affiliations.
